How to get married to a Malaysian Muslim if you are Filipino/Foreigner? What documents needed?

I just got married last February 2016, based on my own experience, you have a lot of preparation to do. You will be providing a lot of documents, document for Malaysian Immigration, Malaysian Islamic Religious Office(Jabatan Agama Islam), to the Imam for the nikah(muslim marriage), and some supporting documents from your country (PLEASE TAKE NOTE ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE AUTHENTICATED AND HAS RED RIBBON FORM FROM THE DFA(Department of Foreign Affairs).
Documents needed:
1. Authenticated Birth Certificate from NSO
2. CENOMAR(Certifacate of No Marriage)from NSO as well
3. Affidavit from Office of Muslim Affairs(OMA),(Affidavit of Consent on Marriage(WAKALAT WALI).. Form as below blurred part are my personal details. (MUST HAVE RED RIBBON)

                             AFFIDAVIT FROM OMA                          RED RIBBON

If you have all of the documents in your hand then its time to buy an air ticket to Malaysia. When you arrive then go to Philippines Embassy for the Authorization Letter to marry a Malaysian, you need pass the documents needed above as written then 2 photocopies of your passport and identification card of you fiancee, 2 passport-size photo of you and your fiancee and your Certificate of Conversion to Islam (I'm suggesting you to convert to Islam at least 3 months before your wedding), and if you are a born Muslim you have to provide a certification from National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), certifying that the applicant is born under Islamic Faith, and as well must be authenticated by the DFA( with Red Ribbon).
I still have the form of Requirements for Marriage from the Philippines Embassy here it is below for your referral:

Then you need to wait for Thirteen (13) working days for the Embassy to process the Authorization letter, but if you are in hurry don't be shy to ask embassy representative they might can help you to shorten the process. Basically they will post the photo of you and your fiancee at the Embassy just to let the people see (as the procedure) and if there is someone or somebody who wants to oppose your marriage. Example photo as below:
This will be posted to there chart

If you got the Authorization Letter from the Embassy you need to go the Malaysian Islamic Religious Office(Jabatan Agama Islam) then pass the documents they will release a letter for the Malaysian Immigration they will ask you to go the Malaysian Immigration for them to check your passport, basically they will check if you have a valid visa and all your past journeys (so make sure you have a valid visa),  then the Immigration will give back a letter to Malaysian Islamic Religious Office(Jabatan Agama Islam) with your passport records then before the they will release a documents for you to marry already( then this time you will feel relieve), then pass the documents to Imam for nikah(Muslim Marriage). The Imam will do the process for your certificate of marriage then you just have to pick up the certificate when its done at Malaysian Islamic Religious Office(Jabatan Agama Islam).
Your next stage is to apply for social visa(spouse visa), just go to Immigration give the documents basically you have all  the documents already and follow just the procedures.

Additional information:

Just to let you know if you are working here in Malaysia before your marriage and have a working visa you maybe have to wait for 1 year for your cooling period to get the social visa(spouse visa) and your working visa will be cut off, you're not allowed to work by this time, as the Immigration rules. You have to go the Immigration every 3 months basically to renew your visa under your cooling period, then on that one year cooling period there will be the called PRA MATANG PERKAHWINAN  Visa. Take not every renewal there is payment.

After all this information i give i am still suggesting you to ask the Authorize Offices for further information cause there's might be a little bit changes.

I think that's all i can share for those who are planning to get married and looking for info in advance Good Luck for all of you,, If anything you can ask me just leave a message below
